Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders ship free within the continental United States. No minimum purchase is required, and most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is available within 24 to 48 hours after your items has shipped. If you are currently unable to access your tracking information, please check again after 48 hours. 

Shipping Internationally – Please reach out to us for International shipping. Please be aware that orders shipped to some international countries may incur customs duties and taxes which are required to be paid by the customer prior to final delivery.

Free Shipping- We proudly offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states)

What types of parts do you carry?

We specialize in parts and accessories for Bad Boy Buggies and related utility vehicles. Our inventory includes replacement parts, performance upgrades, accessories, and used parts for models such as the Recoil, Recoil iS, Instinct, Ambush, XTO, Tracker EV, and more.

Do you sell used parts?

Yes, in addition to new parts, we also offer a selection of high-quality used parts. Each used part is inspected for function and reliability before being listed, providing a cost-effective option for keeping your vehicle running.

What is your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unopened or unused, in its original packaging.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@badboyrecoilparts.com. If your return is accepted, Customer is resposible to ship the item back to us. We will add instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, electrical,  used items and special order items. 

 

Refused Items 
If you refuse to take delivery of an order when the carrier attempts delivery you will be charged the return shipping cost of that delivery as well as a restock fee for the returned shipment.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, send an email to info@badboyrecoilparts.com with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund minus the non-refundable credit card processing fee which is 3% per order. It really stinks but we still get charged the credit card processing fee even if the order is cancelled. If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and would need to be returned (see Return Policy ).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  There are no refunds on electronics items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.
